Hello! I’m Elly-Janneth, “just a small town girl, living in a lonely world” in a corner of the Mojave Desert in California. As a first-generation Mexican American, I'm no stranger to forging my own path. Adapting to unforeseen challenges is something I've come to embrace and tackle head-on. I like to believe that I put in 120% in everything I do and I’m always willing to be one piece of the puzzle to accomplish that bigger picture. I see myself as a sponge; eager to learn, quick to adapt, and always looking for ways to support the team. Those are the qualities that drew me to production management, where organization, collaboration, and problem-solving come together to help creative teams bring stories to life.

As an alumnus of The Handy Foundation, former President of the Pencil Mileage Club, and a proud California State University, Fullerton graduate, I apply everything I've learned to every opportunity I take on. I’ve had the pleasure of producing multiple 2D animated short films and have experience working with large teams. From tracking assets and maintaining production schedules to organizing documentation and coordinating communication, I've helped projects stay on track and ideas become reality. In addition, my experience as an administrator for a security and access control company strengthened my skills in financial data tracking, client communication, and day-to-day administrative operations.

I pride myself on clear, straightforward communication, accountability, and consistency. I understand the importance of keeping every moving part aligned because even small oversights can have a ripple effect across an entire production. To me, production is about preventing fires before they have the chance to start. It's anticipating challenges, solving problems before they become roadblocks, and balancing today's priorities while planning for tomorrow's.

One of my favorite parts of production is helping transform ideas into reality. There's something incredibly rewarding about watching an idea that once existed only in someone's imagination become a finished story on a screen. As someone with an artistic background, I understand the creative process because I've lived it myself. I know the excitement of a new idea, the challenges that come with bringing it to life, and the trust artists place in the people supporting them. That's why I find purpose in production—not by being the person in the spotlight, but by building the path that allows others to do their best creative work.
